Property Eye – Queensdale Place, W11

Every now and again, a property comes to the market that we feel needs to be shouted about! This one has everything we would expect from a detached house worth £16,000,000, but when you look a little deeper, it becomes clear why this is a cut above the rest. Our property eye takes you for a tour;

From the ground up, the design of this house appears to fit with most super prime properties in London. However, when our property eye went to the lower ground floors, it became clear there are some much more exciting features. For instance, in this picture of the driveway, it is not immediately clear that the black tarmac is actually the car lift to the garage!

Upstairs again returns us to relative normality! The house was designed largely by the current owner, with a bit of help from his wife!

I had help with the lights and lasers, bar, pool table by Ben Rousseau. The ball chair and coffered ceiling was done by a street artist called INSA, who does a lot of work for Nike etc.’
