About Robert
An experienced Chartered Surveyor who has been successfully selling property in Chelsea for 18 years. Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999, I began at John D Wood & Co. Chelsea, in 2001. My style is straight forward, and having listened to the client’s objectives, I can recommend the right strategy to achieve them. Sometimes that involves not selling at all, and I honestly believe that giving the right advice for the client will pay dividends in the longer term. I have extensive experience of all types of property found in the area, and how to avoid the issues that can come up when transacting them. I also believe that there is a buyer for everything, and one has to be creative in finding the market, rather than waiting for it to find you. Most importantly, my role is to act in the best interests of my client, and I would love to have the opportunity to do that for you.
