About Ben
I cover Fitzrovia, Soho, Bloomsbury, Covent Garden and have been specialising in the London West End residential property market since 2001. I started my career at Barnard Marcus in Bloomsbury and moved onto LDG in neighbouring Fitzrovia in 2005, where I am now a partner.
I have predominantly focused on residential sales properties, from all sizes and locations - one bedroom apartments through to large houses and new developments. I also have experience of selling mixed use residential/commercial buildings and development / investment sites. With a thorough knowledge of the West End Lettings and Short Lettings market I work closely with the Commercial team and Lettings dept at LDG and together our firm is able to offer succinct, experienced and independent advice on the West End property market. Clients range from private individuals through large Propco's.
LDG are a creative and established agency focused on honest straight forward advice. With high staff retention levels I like to think that we have also created a fun work environment for our team. My spare time is spent with my family, keeping in touch with friends and trying to fit in exercise. I'm also an avid boxing fan.
