About Claire

Claire has been working in Notting Hill since 2011 and knows the area like the back of her hand, working up from trainee lettings negotiator to lettings valuer. She has fully immersed herself in her role which involves regularly meeting with potential new clients, driving new instructions to the lettings market and managing the marketing process through to a successful let for our customers. Being based in our Westbourne Grove office has allowed Claire to meet some very interesting people whilst also being surrounded by eclectic boutiques and restaurants, there is always something going on!

She has a wealth of expertise and experience in all aspects of estate agency working successfully through both good and bad market conditions. Claire has been brought up in the property industry, it’s in her blood! “I have always loved working with people, and come from a property background as my father owns a building company in the north of England. This industry is a perfect combination of the two, and I always strive to ensure all interactions are positive, especially as we work in what can be a very emotive industry. Ultimately we sell and let property, but it is the people we work and interact with and the relationships we build which holds the true value of what we do.”

Claire adores London but is a country girl at heart loving all things outdoors enjoying keeping fit and always tries to experience as many events going on in London as possible, however she is always happy to “escape to the country at the weekends!”
