About Jamie

Jamie was previously an Executive Director in charge of the Boutique residential team at CBRE.

Prior to CBRE, he was one of the 5 equity partners who ran and managed EA Shaw, and previously spent 3 years as a sales and lettings agent at John D Wood, after qualifying as a landscape architect from Manchester University

With over 18 years market experience, Jamie’s varied roles across all sectors of agency, development and consultancy within Prime Central London, combined with extensive market knowledge and a long standing and loyal network, enables him to provide fair, balanced advice and support to clients, with unique visibility to land and development opportunities not widely available on the open market.

Jamie is currently playing a key role across his clients sales and marketing campaigns, while also exploring various new exit strategies and disposal solutions for clients. He is extremely motivated to work hard for his clients, and has become a trusted advisor to many developers who also run small lean teams, without the need to employ their own ‘in house’ sales and marketing team.

Jamie started Sq. One Real Estate in Q3 2018 when it became apparent the connection between clients, their schemes and the traditional agency function was failing by not enough time or thought being given to independent schemes. His vision for the business is to grow with our clients in partnership with the most appropriate consultants, and always promise attention, output and energy throughout their projects, whatever the size.
