I am a partner at JM Chase Property Advisors and I help clients find their home in the Cotswolds (I also have a partner covering London and another in Hampshire). Using local knowledge and first class contacts I will provide access to pre market, off market and privately available country houses and once we have found the right one I will conduct any necessary due diligence, undertake the negotiation on your behalf, liaise with solicitors during the conveyancing and advise on any necessary third parties such as architects, builders and planning consultants. In summary, I will remove as much of the stress as possible (you might even enjoy it!) while ensuring a happy outcome.
