About Mohamed

Mohammad is the Head of a Middle Eastern desk and works alongside sales and rental teams. He is an expert at relocating clients into Prime Central London Properties and does so with absolute discretion recently using his international network and political exposure to secure the premises for a large Middle Eastern embassy in South Kensington.

Mohammad started his property career with Foxtons selling properties around The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and since managed Harrods Estates Middle East Lettings desk delivering a bespoke service to investors, landlords, tenants and vendors. Before leaving Harrods Estates he agreed their biggest deal, a 3 year upfront tenancy to a Russian family relocating from Hampstead to Knightsbridge to be closer to their children's schools.

Mohamed speaks 6 Arabic dialects and brings in a wealth of contacts from the Middle East where he was previously a transactions analyst for a private equity fund. He quickly made a name for himself doing his first deal in Number 1 Hyde Park and works efficiently with international and family contacts in the US and Kuwait looking for high end property in London.

During his days in Private Equity Mohammad was involved across the entire deal cycle. This included pre-acquisition activities, deal analysis, due diligence, closing procedures and portfolio management all of which has taught him a diligent attention to detail that has proven invaluable in his managing expectations and deal making abilities.
