About Bernadette
I am the founder and Managing Director of Coldwell Banker Southbank Estate Agents.
I have been a landlady and property professional for over 33 years and in addition, have developed residential commercial and hotel property. I am a Chartered Accountant and soon to qualify for my ARLA and NAEA. I understand property it is in my blood and I love the thrill of the deal. I bring different skills as I have worked in the accountancy profession and in industry and have made many contacts and learnt over the years many skills of leadership and management. I am also a partner of an accountancy practice that my husband and I set up 25 years ago and he manages that business whilst I manage the real estate business. Both our businesses operate from the same office in London Bridge.
I have lived and worked in the Southbank area for almost 26 years and my husband and I have 3 sons and a pug dog. I enjoy traveling, I am in a book club and I am Australian born with Maltese heritage and have strong family ties in both Malta and Australia and travel each year to both places with my family.
I received excellent service from Bernadette and her team in the agency. Now very happily living in a wonderful comfortable flat very close to Festival Hall, with good views towards the City.
