About Josh
Josh has run the Kensington branch of Winkworth since 1997 and has also lived in The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea for nearly 30 years. Now one of the most experienced agents in Kensington and Holland Park Josh has seen many market crests and troughs, over the years, and as such he is able to offer profound advice whatever the market conditions.

I recently used Winkworth's Kensington Church Street Branch to sell a house in Abbotsbury Road. Winkworth's were excellent from start to finish. I had first met Josh Grinling when he had valued the property for probate purposes. He did this free of charge. We were thus already well disposed towards Winkworth. However their valuation for sale and sale plan was extremely professional and convincing and they were awarded the business. The pre-sale process was painless and we had the house ready for viewing along with sales details within a week. In another week, following multiple viewings, we had an offer and after a further week a sale. Throughout this period Josh was available to discuss progress, price etc. Once the sale had been agreed Josh remained attentive helping the purchaser when and where necessary.
