About Tim
Tim has been an estate agent since 1998 and has worked exclusively within Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Belgravia and South Kensington. His focus has principally been on the sale and acquisition of flats within these core areas and Tim’s knowledge of the intricacies of the leasehold system and is peerless, enabling him to provide sensible and authoritative advice for both clients and applicants.
Tim was a partner of WA Ellis for many years until its sale to JLL in 2014 and he now runs the Chelsea office. Tim is married with three children and lives outside Hungerford.
