About Patricia
Patricia started her career by joining her Fathers business which specialised in selling, renting and managing properties mainly in the Royal Borough of South Kensington. She then went on to run the business which became one of the leading Independent Agents in the area with a team of 30 and won The Silver award for the Best Independent Agency. The company was floated in 2003 on The Aim Market and in 2008 merged with Chestertons – Patricia became Area Director for the Central London Division running 8 Central London Offices. She has experience across the board having advised clients on developments, Buy to Let, BES schemes and Reits. Patricia brings a wealth of knowledge and contacts to Harding Green.
