With ‘The Apprentice 2015’ kicking off in its usual style, the 18 candidates showing a certain tenacity to maintain their predecessors bullish attitudes, we have been looking into the stunning houses that accommodate the applicants.
We tracked down the five story Georgian townhouse with its funky interior design and seriously cool tech to John Street in Holborn.
Oh, and if you were wondering, it was last rented in October 2014 for £17,500 pcm and has been valued at £7.6m!
From the outside the building is fairly nondescript, with the clear markings of a well proportioned house. However, this changes dramatically when you step inside and the style really comes through; great inspiration for a hyper competitive entrepreneurs!
This house is certainly up there as one of our favourite and has a number of features not shown in the photos; roof terrace, sound system throughout. This house was previously sold in January 2011 for £5m, not a bad return for an asset you could enjoy so much!
Previous Aprentice Houses
In 2013, the candidates were housed in 6 Lincoln’s Inn Field, WC2A 3BP. A stunning house which was valued at £9.7m then, and would sell for around £12m today.
2012 saw the candidates based in this property in W2 (18 Dorchester Terrace). It has almost doubled in price from £6.6m to £11.3m;
Good luck to all the candidates, great TV as always!
